Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if there is a defect in the product.
Returns are only eligible if there is a defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags should be intact.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given back to either your requested mode of payment, within 5-7 business days.
In case customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting the bank transaction charges i.e 4% of order cost and shipping charges incremental of INR 50 per 500 gms and above.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded or Exchanged for another product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In case of size issues, or if the order is customized, there is no replacement or exchange.

Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started. if the process is not started and 24hrs has passed then 4% transaction charge will be deducted. COPYCATZ hold all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.
